Growing up on his family's dairy farm, Philip developed a strong sense of community engagement and a love for the land. His parents, Leith, and Lil, were well-respected community members, known for their humble and supportive nature.

With a long-standing career at Elders, Philip has held various roles in the Real Estate and Stock & Station agency sectors, including sales and state leadership roles.
