Philip Parker

An integral part of the Ray White Group since 1984, Philip Parker has entered the next chapter of his long career and has joined Ray White Ascot as a Sales Director and Auctioneer. A fully licensed sales agent and auctioneer, Phillip brings a wealth of experience to his new role, with an impressive resume.

Previously the chief auctioneer for Ray White Queensland, Philip has conducted approximately 30,000 auctions - more than any other auctioneer in the state. He was also extensively involved in the REIQ and was the chairperson of the auction chapter for over a decade. Phil has also won the REIQ’s Auctioneer of the Year Award three times. Philip has been a mentor and coach to thousands of sales agents and auctioneers throughout Australia - now, Ray White Ascot and Philip’s clients will benefit from this knowledge.

Philip’s clients will be drawn to his proactive attitude, charisma, and professionalism. In addition, his intricate understanding of the marketing and auction process ensures his client’s will achieve the best possible result for their property. In addition to his obvious friendliness, his years of experience in the industry has equipped him with the skills to expertly communicate with both buyers and sellers, and he consistently surpasses the expectations of his clients.

Philip is heavily involved in his local community and works closely with Mark “Chopper” Burgess to increase his health and fitness. He is passionate about bettering oneself inside and out, and he shares these values with his loved ones.
