Phillip began his Real Estate career in 1981 and opened his own Real Estate Business in Maroubra at the age of 26. A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Accredited National Trainer, Phillip has always been dedicated to the principles of Professional Property Services, achieved through determination, dedication and hard work and a focus on innovative marketing practices and database management to create greater competition for his clients.

Phillip has represented clients such as Westpac, TAB, Public Trustee, Perpetual Trustee, Commonwealth Bank, Meriton, Mirvac and many local and major developers.

His Property and Project Development Division is remarkably successful, selling almost every development in Maroubra Junction including Crystal Views, Tara Pacific, Margaret Place, Il Paradiso, The Arch, Chrisman Court, among many others.

Phillip is a Director and Principal of Ray White Maroubra | South Coogee and Ray White Commercial South Sydney.
