With a youthful glow and energy, Rachael has evolved since entering the industry in 2020 now handling her own listings as a Sales Consultant while also excelling in the roles of Buyer Liaison and Sales Support to Gail Richards & Toni Gilmore. Her devoted passion for real estate shines through in everything she does, and her remarkable organizational skills combined with an eagerness to learn, have contributed to her becoming a valued part of the Key 2 Sale team.
Beginning as a Junior Real Estate Assistant transitioning seamlessly through various roles into her current position, Rachael’s formative experiences have developed her knowledge and skills of process and systems in multiple areas including administration, marketing, client services and sales. All these learnings have prepared Rachael for a long-term successful career fuelling her to ensure her clients' property dreams are realized in the best possible way through every transaction that she cherishes the opportunity to be involved with.
Rachael’s commitment to learning and growth is reflected in her continued studies as she holds a Certificate III in Business (2021), a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (2022), and a Diploma of Property (Agency Management) (2023). Her dedication and excellence have been recognized with significant awards including the South Australian School-based Apprentice or Trainee of the Year in 2021 and the South Australian Trainee of the Year in 2023.
Attention to detail, refined professionalism and natural enthusiasm combine to create a professional who not only meets expectations but exceeds them in Rachael’s pursuit of outstanding results by consistently bringing her best self to every dealing. Rachael places a strong emphasis on communication to always maintain a high level of clarity and works to nurture each client through their real estate journey with unyielding support and care.
Outside of the office, Rachael enjoys soaking up the sun with a book, spending quality time with family and friends or representing the industry as a South Australian ambassador for Vocational Education and Training (VET).
