Rae comes to Flanagan Residential with over ten years experience working in residential real estate in Hobart and Perth, Western Australia.

In 2011, while working for the international agency RE/MAX, Rae was acknowledged as a top sales agent for Tasmania and Victoria in recognition of her sales and negotiation skills, in what was a tough sales market.

Rae believes that integrity, transparency and open communication are the key factors for her previous success and she deeply values building long lasting relationships with her clients.
