Renee Schofield

Renee is a long-time resident of the Byron Shire, having moved to Bangalow in 2008 where she still lives with her husband and two children.

She has always had the desire to work in real estate but first spent time in event management in Tourism, in the premium wine industry, and as co-founder for the not-for-profit organisation The Younger Heroes. Whilst working in the wine industry as a Senior Sales Account Manager she successfully helped her territory achieve the highest number of sales in the Northern Rivers and Queensland.

Ren is passionate about travelling and spent most of her twenties travelling in the UK and Europe whilst living in London. The travel bug is something she would love to pass on to her children.

After her stints in London and Sydney Ren appreciates the slower pace of life here in the Byron Shire, as well as being part of the community. She can often be seen at her childrens’ sports events, school pick up and drop off and most community events. In her free time she loves being on trails and hiking, with the water and the hinterland being some of her favourite places to be.
