My primary role is to inform investors on the importance of our process before and after leasing and finding the perfect tenant for each vacant investment property under my care. ’I believe that before leasing price, presentation and an effective marketing campaign is essential to ensure that we have as many eyes on your investment property as possible’. The more potential tenant we have inspecting your property the higher the chance of a low vancany rate. Specialising in this role free’s up our awesome property managment team to concentrate all of their energy on the day to day management, this ensuring that your invesmtne property is being serviced to its fullest potential.
