Being a 3rd generation businessperson and entrepreneur, Rhys has experienced the highs and lows of business development and operations. Growing up watching his grandparents thrive in a high pressure fast paced Agri-business environment gave him the drive and passion to achieve business success.

Rhys has spent the last 12 years in the area gaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the region. He has achieved acclaim in researching, building, and operating his own accommodation business in the highly competitive backpacker market locally.

Rhys believes that people are the driving force for the region. He prides himself on providing positive outcomes and solutions for existing businesspeople, while also looking to promote growth and prosperity for the future.
