Ricardo has a decade of experience working in real estate and in that time, he has amassed a wealth of experience in sales, across the entire property spectrum including homes, land, property & land packages and everything in between. He is exceptionally versatile and adapts readily to changing market conditions. In particular, with the growing popularity of new and off the plan sales, Ricardo has a proven track record of success in managing these transactions to achieve great results.

Ricardo's introduction to real estate sales began at home. His father was a seasoned real estate development professional and with that as his introduction to the business, he decided that sales was where he wanted to excel. Now, with long standing experience and in depth understanding of both construction and property, he is well positioned to guide and advise his clients throughout the entire construction and sales process to achieve the very best outcomes for them. He is reliable, resourceful and very engaging and he genuinely loves to share his passion for property with his clients.

In his down time, Ricardo is a keen fan of Formula One racing and of the beautiful game (soccer). He is a lifelong and self-described "fanatical" supporter of Liverpool. He is also dedicated to training and staying fit, and so the gym is an essential part of his daily routine.
