During his real estate career, Richard has adapted to his client’s needs through different markets, and has sold properties from the affluent Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, CBD and beach side suburbs of Sydney, down to the NSW South Coast, and up to Queensland’s Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. His experience also includes acquiring and selling development sites from $5 million to $50 million for leading developers across the country who trust Richard to close complex and long negotiation deals.

Moving from Sydney over 5 years ago his family has embraced the Sunshine Coast and Noosa and the coastal lifestyle it allows for his young and busy family.
