Rick Silberman leads the Victorian Retail Investments team and has a broad and extensive knowledge coupled with an in-depth and experienced understanding of the retail landscape.

His passion for retail and real estate was first discovered when frequently visiting shopping centres and finding himself studying and analysing retail design, concepts, the shopping centre functionalities and character. Rick is a proven industry professional that has developed an intimate understanding of the retail property climate in Melbourne and Victoria. He has studied and analysed retail and commercial property design concepts, shopping centre performance, retail growth strategies and understands what works in the retail investment environment today.

Rick’s association with property has been further deepened in serving an extensive network of family and friends with their property investment decisions across major assets. Many of those people are active ‘high net-worth’ individuals in the Melbourne and Victorian property market who have entrusted Rick with their divestment and acquisition requirements.
