I began my career in real estate over 30 years ago, so I believe that I really have the knowledge and expertise coupled with a tried and true strategy of what it takes to sell your home "successfully"... and for the highest possible price. You will receive a callback immediately after any inspections. I also attend the building and pest inspections and will liaise any complications that may arise forthwith. You also will be kept "in the loop" about everything pertaining to the contract on your property. If you have a pool I will also organize the pool safety certificate for you.
