Sarah Lorden, the founder of our Scone office in 2015, has since led our agency to become Scone's leading real estate powerhouse.  With over 30 years of experience as a consummate sales professional, Sarah is renowned for her exceptional track record and unwavering commitment to high levels of customer service.

Formerly at the helm of Sarah Lorden Real Estate, one of the Sydney Inner West's most successful agencies, Sarah earned accolades such as the Best Residential Agency at the REI NSW Awards in 2010. Personally, she was honoured with the prestigious REI NSW John Greig OAM Award for Community Service in 2009 and 2010.  Having been a resident of the Balmain area for more than 20 years, she offered intimate local knowledge and built an established network of loyal clientele.  Sarah served as a Director on the Board of the Real Estate Insitute of New South Wales (REI NSW) for 3 consecutive terms of 6 years.

After the sale of her business in 2012, Sarah relocated to Scone, where she, alongside her husband and business partner Sandy Warburton, embraced a common commitment to high-quality customer service, excellent sales records, and innovative marketing strategies. Sarah, a licensed Stock and Station agent, is known for her bold approach to trying new ideas and achieving consistently outstanding results.
