Scott holds a Diploma of Property, Real Estate License and Triennial Certificate. Educated at local schools City Beach Primary, and Swanbourne High School, where he was a scholarship student, House Captain and Head Boy, he continued on to study a Bachelor of Science and Japanese language at UWA and is currently completing a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University.
