Shane Croghan, originally from Cairns, ventured into the realm of commercial real estate and business brokering in 2019. Since then, he has orchestrated property sales totalling over $34 million. Shane's background as a Management Rights owner and residential real estate agent served as a seamless segue into the specialized field of selling management rights, motels and caravan parks. Noteworthy among his endeavours is the sale of management rights to Drift at Palm Cove, an esteemed luxury beachfront residence in Far North Queensland, acquired by Dreamtime, a prominent resort management group, in December 2022. His portfolio also boasts successful transactions such as Meridian Port Douglas and Verandahs Apartments in Port Douglas.

Before delving into brokerage, Shane owned three management rights businesses for a decade: Whitfield Waters (80 units) from 2010 to 2013, City Park Gardens Apartments (54 units) from 2010 to 2015, and Mid City Luxury Suites from 2015 to 2019. Leveraging this extensive firsthand experience, Shane underscores his capacity to provide valuable counsel to individuals stepping into the accommodation industry, guiding them through every phase of the process.

Encompassing a sprawling territory from Mackay to the Torres Strait and stretching westward to Karumba in the Gulf of Carpentaria through to Mt Isa, Shane's domain in Far North Queensland extends beyond Cairns and Townsville. Prior to his foray into the accommodation sector, Shane excelled in residential real estate in Cairns from 2004 to 2010, serving as a sales representative and branch manager. His earlier professional journey showcased his sales acumen within the liquor industry, holding senior positions with beverage giants Carlton & United Breweries and Coca Cola Amatil.
