Simon joined McGees in 1985 whilst completing his university degree in Property Resource Management. Having graduated with a specialisation in the Valuation discipline, over the next 7 years he was involved with a wide range of clients, property forms and interests. In particular, these included industrial, commercial, hotels and licensed premises, retail and medical institutions, oil companies, major brewers, state and local government instrumentalities and public and private companies. With a solid foundation in the Valuation field, Simon now focuses on Agency related business on behalf of a range of public, government and private clients, as well as project feasibility and initiation, working closely with clients and other stakeholders. Simon is Managing Director of McGees (SA) Pty Ltd.
