Simon McGuire

Simon McGuire has spent 30 years in both residential and commercial real estate, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of this exciting industry. He is one of the founders and directors of Sentia Real Estate.

Beginning his career in new homes, Simon quickly progressed to Townhouse projects then large unit sites. His first large project was Monterey in Reid. 188 units sold out in 6 weeks.

Building on his success Simon was engaged by Prestige Building Services expansion into the residential market. Project managing everything from block selection to plan creation, inclusions, pricing, marketing and managing his sales team to sell hundreds of products for the group.

Working closely with Canberra’s biggest developers Simon has sold hundreds of properties for the likes of Hindmarsh Constructions, Amalgamated Property Group, Victory Homes, Milin brothers, Koundouris Group, St. Hillier’s and a host of other developers.

Simon has both sold and invested in multiple commercial spaces with his first venture in 1995 selling out within days. Selling commercial space in Mitchell, Belconnen, Fyshwick and Canberra City Simon now actively works in both spaces with great success.

Working with developers through site assessment to settlement has placed him in a unique position to deliver high quality consultation to maximise returns and create optimal outcomes over many years.
