Simon Pikkat

Simon Pikkat holds a Bachelor Degree in Urban Development and Sustainability and a Masters Degree in Property Development. Simon has over 10 year’s experience in the property industry working for some of Sydney’s most reputable Property Developers and Real Estate Investment Trusts. His long term interest in real estate together with his property background drew him to work for the family business after moving back to the Southern Highlands in 2018. In conjunction with his property development experience, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge in complex property transactions, market analysis and negotiation.
