Stephen joined the industry in 2000 and considers it a privilege to have represented clients including Goodman, Stockland, Australand of Brisbane as well as a large range of private investors and developers. He has worked in small boutique and larger independent firms, as well as with an international agency. Throughout this time he has specialised in land development projects with a focus on design and construction, investment and vacant possession sales, unit development projects and project leasing.
Today, Stephen is Principal Agent of Ray White Industrial.
