Steve Kitson started real estate in 1979 as a sales person. Over the course of the next 4 years Steves passion and success for the industry gave him the opportunity to start his own business which he did in 1983.

He successfully ran his own real estate office for 16 years in Wagga Wagga and over this period of time built the business to have a consistent market share of 60 %. During these 16 years Steve was involved with numerous training organizations and quickly realized the importance of leadership, management and having a trained sales team which he achieved through a consistent recruitment program.

Steve sold his business in 1999 and relocated to Sydney. In 2003 he was appointed Sales Manager for 3 real estate businesses located in Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills and Parramatta.

In 2013 Steve purchased the local Remax office and re branded to Kitson Property.
