As managing director of ACTON South West, Steve Papadopoulos is responsible for steering the success of all four South West offices. He has assisted in developing ACTON South West into an industry leader, and being recognised as the Acton Group’s top performing office on multiple occasions is testament to this.

Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, Steve’s experience, business knowledge and highly regarded leadership has made ACTON South West the powerhouse it is today. In a career spanning 38 years, he is highly skilled in managing, coaching and developing staff, and is a proven performer who leads by example.

As well as managing a large team and encouraging staff to develop their skills and get the most out of their careers, Steve sets high standards and believes in fostering a positive workplace culture. He also ensures ACTON South West gives back to the local community at every opportunity and is the driving force behind the fundraising efforts for the South West Volunteer Fire and Rescue.
