Since 1999 Tim has had experience selling real estate in the local and surrounding areas. Tim has an excellent knowledge of the current market, having been raised and now residing in the area with his family he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the community and their needs.

Strong negotiation skills combined with good old-fashioned customer service makes Tim stand out from the rest, he often obtains results above and beyond his clients' expectations.

Tim’s believes a client of today is a client for life. Having sold numerous properties for the same client years later, clients returning are not clients but friends.

Tim became a Director in 2010 and now oversees the entire company to maintain a strict level of client care.
