Tom joined the firm back in 2014 after first establishing himself in Commercial Real Estate in the regional centre of Maryborough in 2007. Tom came into real estate with a wide business and management background with career spanning accounting, Military Service in the Army, hospitality - running his own restaurant business and local government (as a Mayor/Councillor) in NSW. Enjoying the greater challenge and complexity that commercial sales and leasing presents, his commercial dealings have included most of the major real estate transactions in Maryborough and Hervey Bay with renowned clients such as Downer EDI, Dale & Myers, Queensland Government, Maryborough Sugar Factory, Reece, NAB and many local property owners. With his wide commercial and local government experience, Tom is very comfortable with the strategic - big picture view of any real estate question – whether it is finding the right fit in a tenancy situation or delivering the best matched sales prospect. “I believe a good commercial agent will add real value for their clients in the sales and leasing process.
