With a long-held interest in real estate and a family history that goes back four generations to some of the first land grants in the Maitland district, Tom offers the ideal mix of extensive local knowledge and a true passion for property.

After six years managing the operations of his parents’ rural property in Lorn, Tom cut his teeth in real estate before making the move to River late in 2020 seeking the perfect place to carve out a long-term future in the industry.

With an affable and easy-going nature that allows him to create strong connections with people, Tom quickly progressed from being a sales associate for Chris Henry to becoming a fully licensed sales agent working with his own clients, bringing with him the benefits of Chris’ mentorship and a clear understanding of the processes and mechanics behind a successful transaction.

A proven negotiator and clear communicator who always has the best interests of the client in mind, Tom is relishing the opportunity to take on a broader spectrum of responsibilities while also opening himself up to making more quality connections with home owners locally.
