My name is Tracey Carmont, I am a REIQ Licensed Agent and have worked in the industry for over 30 years and continually maintain my knowledge of the latest Queensland Real Estate legislation by attending workshops, training sessions, periodical/annual industry events and by using online forums and electronic correspondence. Over my time in the industry, I have created an exceptionally large network of colleagues and peers and have extensive experience within property management and the Real Estate industry at large. I am the holder of a current Queensland Private Investigator License and CASA Remote Pilot License (RePL) up to 7Kgs and Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate.

I have owned 7 of my own investment properties and renovated most of them on my own, so I have firsthand knowledge on being a landlord. I have developed skills over the years to deal with many different situations which arise with tenancy matters and ensure monitoring of rentals arrears and lease agreement expiries are dealt with within the requirement timeframes as per legislation. Ensuring all property inspections are completed and reports sent in a timely fashion and all maintenance is dealt with daily and tracked within spreadsheets and programs to ensure nothing goes unattended to ensure risk management is minimal. I also ensure that annual rent reviews are conducted and supplied to the client and revised at any lease renewal as required.
