Trent Docherty

Trent is a Director in Cunninghams and leads our very successful Asset Management team as Senior Asset Manager. Trent has a very strong background in property and customer service, and his role is testament to his approach to his clients, his working day and his peers.

Having lived and worked locally all his life, Trent is passionate about the region. With great dedication, Trent specialises in securing quality tenants and maximising rental returns for his landlords whilst ensuring the ongoing management process is smooth and trouble free. A valuable and dependable leader, we feel very lucky to have Trent on our side.
