Troy Farrell has been a prominent figure in real estate at LJ Hooker Pakenham for over 21 years, earning recognition as one of Pakenham's leading agents. Recently, he was awarded 3rd Place for Top Residential Salesperson by Number of Transactions in Vic/Tas for 2023 to 2024, a testament to his success and dedication.

Having grown up in Pakenham, where the Farrell family has resided for generations, Troy possesses an in-depth understanding of the local community. His strong connection to the area extends to his involvement with several local sporting clubs, including the Pakenham Football, Cricket, and Racing Clubs. Now residing in Tynong with his wife Sarah and children, Tate and Tully, he is also a passionate horse racing enthusiast, and dreams of one day owning a champion racehorse!

Troy completed his Course in Property at Chisholm TAFE and holds a Certificate IV in Property Services from REIV making him a fully licensed agent. This ensures that both vendors and buyers can rely on his expertise and trust him to guide them smoothly through their real estate journey.
