Valerie Timms, with her 24 years of experience in the Adelaide real estate industry, is a well-known face in the Adelaide Hills community. Valerie's extensive knowledge and expertise have earned her recognition as the number one salesperson in a top franchise office in Adelaide. Afterwards, she went on to establish her own successful independent real estate brand, which operated for over 11 years.

Her latest bold move in 2023 has been to partner with Ouwens Casserly Real Estate as the Sales Manager in OC Lonsdale. Her commitment to training, coaching and mentoring ensures as a selling agent, her and her team are at the top of their game.

Valerie is an Adelaide Real Estate industry thought leader, spearheading change having served on the board of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia. Valerie’s success is also well-recognised through countless agency and personal awards including Residential Salesperson of the Year in the Southern Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula.

Valerie has previously sat on the Board of the Hospital Research Foundation and extends her patronage to dozens of charities, local sporting clubs and schools, for whom she and her team have raised many tens of thousands of dollars.

As a mother of four, children’s charities are important to Valerie. Despite being among the busiest people you’ll meet, Valerie still found time for Australian charity, Hands Across the Water. To support disadvantaged children, Valerie cycled over 500km through Thailand to help raise more than $70,000.
