Vaughan Rose

At an early age Vaughan knew the value of hard work. He was born with the gift of the ‘gab’ along with the natural ability and drive to sell.

At the age of 13 Vaughan had his own little neighbourhood lawn mowing business. On Sunday mornings he rolled up the Sunday Examiner, hopped on his bike and delivered to over 120 homes. For a month over the Christmas school holidays he also sold newspapers from shack to caravan at the Beauty Point caravan park. He also managed to negotiate with Jen (his long suffering mother) a small fee to do some of the family ironing in order to purchase a new bike he just had to have!

With approximately 1000 sales in real estate over 25 years Vaughan has found there is absolutely no substitute for experience. Right from his very first day in real estate he always believed your home is your castle and each one comes in a different shape, size and condition.

Vaughan is easy to talk to and approachable. Nothing is too difficult when it comes to selling your home. Vaughan will tailor a marketing and sales plan to suit you and your property.

In Vaughan’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Naree and 2 daughters, with plenty of casual Sunday drives around Tassie. He still enjoys the odd game of cricket but glaciers have been known to move quicker. Perhaps golf is more his speed!
