Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Victor holds a Business Associate Degree in Human Resource Management. His leadership and experience as a business owner have honed his skills in legislation, client relationships, performance evaluation, problem-solving, budget management, and revenue forecasting, making him an attractive option for investors.
