About Warwick Judge
Rural & Water Specialist
Warwick Judge has lived in Forbes for 27 years. Warwick moved to the district in 1990 as Livestock Manger, later promoted to Manager, of Jemalong Station before joining Nippon Meats where he managed their backgrounding operation throughout NSW as well as the irrigation development of their Forbes property, Walla Wallah.
He entered the Real Estate industry in 2003 and joined Elders in 2005 as a licensed Stock and Station Agent and Rural Sales Specialist.
Warwick has sold everything from residential housing to large scale irrigation and dryland farms. In addition, he has been recognised as an authority in trading both permanent and temporary Lachlan River surface and groundwater.
In his capacity as Rural Sales Specialist, Warwick was recognised as Elders’ Rural Sales Specialist of the year in 2007/2008 and has achieved Elite Status for the past three years, ranked third in New South Wales for sales in 2016 and 2017.
Warwick enjoys the interaction with both sides of the sales process, and working through the more difficult negotiations to achieve a satisfactory outcome for both clients.
