Description
At that time the Centre was comprised of 17,500sqm (approx.) GLAR and was anchored by a 2,400sqm Coles supermarket, a 2,500sqm Safeway (Woolworths) supermarket, and a 6,500sqm Kmart with 5,900sqm of specialty retail space. A $43m redevelopment of the centre was carried out which included replacing the existing Coles supermarket with a full line 4,275sqm Coles supermarket, carrying out a 1200sqm expansion of the Woolworths supermarket and adding an additional 2100sqm’s of specialty retail space. A full centre refurbishment and car park improvements were also completed. The project was completed in June 2015.
