The Company operated from the leased premises located at 6 Bay Road, Mount Gambier, the iconic old Mount Gambier Post Office overlooking the picturesque cave gardens. The assets being offered for sale are located at this address and includes a large quantity of commercial kitchen and dining equipment.
The business name, any available stock holding, domain and telephone numbers may also be available for sale.
The landlord of the Company's leased premises may be prepared to negotiate a new lease with the successful purchaser. Contact details for the landlord can be provided on request. However, please note that offers for the Company's assets cannot be subject to securing a lease of the property and parties are encouraged to make their own enquiries with the landlord.
