The LTYB offer is a tailored workout within a group of up to 15 members per trainer all with individualised workouts which caters for the huge Inactive market. The member does not have to keep up with others, they are given specific exercises through our elite programming supplied from LTYBHQ which is visually displayed across multiple screens.
This is why we retain members for an average of 9 months compared to the industry average of 2 months. We have got thousands of members who have been with us for up to 14 years.
