Acquisition Criteria
Our client is interested in acquiring businesses that meet the following key criteria:
- Minimum revenue of AUD 10,000,000 (excluding disbursements)
- Primarily operating in Australia
- Direct engagement with the majority of customers and organically grown local clientele, with a core focus on international freight services
- A culture of differentiation through superior customer service
- Preferably using CargoWise Systems (not essential)
- Willingness to explore acquisition opportunities
