Enzed Sydney comprises three Enzed Services Centres; Mascot, Silverwater and Wetherill Park, plus Blacktown which is a franchise operated from the Wetherill Park location.
The businesses operate with two levels of franchising: Service Centres and mobile Hose Doctor units. The Hose Doctor units are mobile on-site services available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each mobile workshop is stocked with everything required to identify, diagnose and replace hose assemblies on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Enzed Sydney currently operates with four franchised mobile service technicians; three in Mascot and one in Silverwater.
All three of the Sydney based service centres (plus Blacktown) were established by the current franchisee; Mascot in 1985, Silverwater in 2010 and Wetherill Park and Blacktown in 2012.
This Sydney wide Enzed group span the breadth of Sydney from Port Botany to the light and heavy industrial estates in the Greater West, north to Blacktown and Windsor, and south to Heathcote.
Backed by the global resources of Parker, the Enzed Sydney group has the largest and most reliable range of products and has developed exclusive "one stop shops" for major markets, stocking all of the hoses and fittings required to keep vehicles and machinery operating.
Enzed Sydney is owned by a partnership of two with one owner working full time in the Mascot Service Centre. The Enzed Sydney franchises employ a total of nineteen staff across the four businesses.
The industry's product sales are spread across many markets, which tends to stabilise its long-term performance. The requirement for after-sales servicing to limit equipment downtime and disruptions to customers' production also stabilises its performance.
Growth in merchandise trade and favourable trends in freight transport for the agriculture and manufacturing markets will drive sales and after-sales servicing for transport customers.
