Advantage Pest Control (APC) was founded in 1991 and has built a very strong client base, with a well-maintained data base of over 65,000 local and regional Western Australian contacts and over 4000 active clients. APC purchased the business in 2016 and with kudos to their professional service and delivery, revenue has continued to increase from 2017 to date of this paper (June 2021). APC is a Perth based, regional focused Pest Control Company. APC services the Mid-West, Wheatbelt, Great Southern and the Perth Metropolitan Areas of Western Australia. APC services Domestic and Commercial Buildings throughout these areas. APC considers Occupational Health and Safety a major issue, not only to their clients, employees and the environment; hence and has worked with research bodies and universities developing new and safer and more effective systems.
The figures will not disappoint. With 5 staff (including the 2 x owners) all working from home this very efficient business is continuing to grow. The incoming buyer will have all the necessary equipment and training to operate and grow the business.
