Expressions of interest are sought in respect to the purchase of a Company's assets, intellectual property, assets and wine stock including:
- Plant and equipment - Bulk wine - Bottled wine - Business names - Wine branding & logos Phat, Hart & Hunter and Fuzzy & May - Social media platforms - Website - Liquor Licences
We are looking for interested parties to bid for the Company's business and assets, stock and IP and seek offers in this regard.
Interested parties will be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving any sale memorandum or being allowed to carry out any due diligence.
