Regarding our Fees
Our firm aims to provide a high quality of professional service and advice. We use a combination of set fees and charge per hour approaches, depending on the type of work.
We are happy to discuss these options with a client prior to the commencement of any assignment.
Once we have been engaged by a client, the costs are typically as follows:
*An engagement fee which includes:
-the preparation of a detailed business profile / Information Memorandum which is used to promote a business.
*advertising costs incurred through third party websites with whom we contract to market a business.
*complimentary marketing to our substantial database of qualified buyers to advertise a business.
*A success fee a commission which is payable on the sale of a business. i.e., "we get paid after the client has been paid".
There is no charge for the initial consultation with "Adelaide Business Agents".
