There are numerous bushwalking tracks through the mountains and parks. Tullah is also home to the Wee Georgie Wood which is the oldest steam train in Tasmania.

Just 30 minutes north of Tullah sits Cradle Mountain which is ranked 7 in the top 10 of Australia's most visited places.
