Interested parties should consider their offers on the following basis:
- Offers to acquire the business assets as a whole or in part,
- Proposing a Deed of Company Arrangement in order to satisfy creditors (including any proposals for obtaining an equity stake in either and/or both companies)
By acquiring the businesses and their assets of the above, the new owner has the option to either continue trading as is or bolt on to an existing offering. The assets will include all Intellectual Property, and plant and equipment in the sales centre.
