THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join our national team as a 50% shareholder in the Victoria/Tasmania Master Franchise. You'll work alongside our founding Managing Director, taking charge of day-to-day operations while benefiting from our established systems in Buyer Agency, Business Broking, and Finance Solutions.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Business and marketing experience with team-building skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A consultative selling approach that prioritises client needs
Strong collaboration skills with attention to detail
Energy and passion for the business
Experience as a Buyer's Agent or Business Broker with a VIC Class 2 real estate license is beneficial but not required.
