
$5.215m childcare centre headlines latest Burgess Rawson results
A new and as-yet unopened childcare centre in the regional centre of Dubbo has headlined a strong set of results from Burgess Rawson’s Sydney portfolio auction, with a 77 per cent clearance rate reported on the day.
The Green Leaves Early Learning Centre-tenanted property attracted a protracted bidding war between two parties.
Other highlights include a BP-branded service station in Karuah selling for $2.515 million and the Camperdown Cellars building on Kingston Road selling for $2.275 million.
