Brisbane legal firm subleases whole floor at 111 Eagle Street

Boutique law firm Broadley Rees Hogan has subleased a whole floor in 111 Eagle Street to upgrade its Brisbane headquarters.

The expanding firm has taken over a 950-square-metre tenancy previously occupied by Norton Rose Fullbright Lawyers under a seven-year sublease agreement.

CBRE associate director James Comino negotiated the deal, which delivers Broadly Rees Hogan a business address in the heart of Brisbane’s “Golden Triangle”.

Established in 2002, the Brisbane-based firm services a range of local, national and international clients.

“The existing, high-quality legal fitout was one of the key attractions as was the ability for Broadly Rees Hogan to secure the tenancy on a long tenure,” Mr Comino said.

“The deal delivers them space in a much higher-quality building, providing enhanced amenity for staff in a sought-after business location.”

Owned by The GPT Group, 111 Eagle Street is a premium office tower comprising approximately 64,000 square metres of space over 54 levels. It has a 6-Star Green Star rating and includes high quality end-of-trip facilities with lockers, showers, change rooms and bicycle parking.

Another award for CBRE Group
