The group was seeking additional space with comprises an 80 sq m office and a 957 sq m warehouse for $125.39 per sq m. The lease term is three years plus a three year option. Nick Greenwell, the former national director of industrial occupier services at Colliers International has made the move to TM Insight, the supply chain and property advisory, as director of property to bolster the group’s capabilities in NSW. In his new role, Mr Greenwall will help drive the 210,000 sq m of active enquiries TM Insight has in the NSW market for it’s leading national and global clients.
