New director for Knight Frank Perth valuations team
Knight Frank has announced a key changing of the guard for its Perth valuations team on the back of news that long-standing senior director Marc Crowe will retire in July.
Sean Ray, currently director of valuations, will step up to the role of senior director following Mr Crowe’s departure, heading the Perth-based valuations team.
According to Knight Frank, Mr Ray has almost 30 years experience in the valuations industry, with expertise in office, retail and tourism based assets.
He has been based in the WA market since 2007 since moving from the United Kingdom.
Knight Frank managing director Craig Dawson said while it was sad to see Marc Crowe retiring, Mr Ray would make an excellent replacement.
