- About 30% brigalow belah country, grey black and grey cracking clays, graduating to sandy loams, some melon hole. Useful stands of immature Spotted Gum; Forest Red gum, some iron bark and other eucalypts along with Cypress pine on the lighter ridges. About 60% is white on the vege map, the balance standing timber. A PMAV is in place on the property.
- The property has very good grass coverage. Native blue grass is dominant with Rhodes grass and scattered stands of buffel, bambatsi, digitaria, sabi grass and clover in season.

One equipped bore (windmill), three troughs; One bore unequipped; Two dams-one the bore, the other from Canaga creek.
The equipped bore (windmill) has stainless steel piping which pumps to a dam- then pumped to central tank of 5000 gallons and then gravity to three troughs- all pipe is 2" poly.
Two dams- one near middle of property and one on eastern boundary, fed by Canaga Creek, providing permanent water to two paddocks.
Fencing and Yards:-
There are 4 main paddocks, all with water, and a holding paddock near the yards. All fencing is 4 barbs with wood and steel post, in very good order. One section of western boundary is netting fence, but stockproof.
Yards are Clipex heavy duty panels, with 4 way draft, vet crush and loading ramp, located 1km from main road.
