    WATER SECURITY & ENJOYMENT
    With 400m of Chichester river bordering the property for you to swim, fish, kayak or simply enjoy relaxing in on those 35 degree days, this property is the perfect summer escape. The river banks are accessible with a walking track, the river has deeper holes, rapids, little pockets & the riverside has beautiful native hibiscus, gums & river oaks.
