LED downlights to ceiling.
Air conditioning split system.
Note: Potable water for cleaning is brought in on a daily basis by operator to fill a small water tank to service the HWS and sink. This was a condition on the DA. All grey water is to be captured and disposed of off-site (DA condition) as there is no water or sewer connected to the site.
