Murranji comprising 447,700* hectares (1,106,289* acres) and Neutral Junction comprising 460,900* hectares (1,138,919* acres) both Properties across one separate Perpetual Pastoral Lease, the Properties represent a unique opportunity to acquire efficient, Organic Beef Breeding and Fattening Enterprises. Murranji Station located in the Southern Sturt Plateau region and Neutral Junction Station in the Northern Alice Springs region, the Properties efficient cattle production is underpinned by complementary and productive land and soil types, coupled with practical operational infrastructure and water distribution.

Murranji Station:

447,700* hectare (leasehold) situated 90* kilometres northwest of Elliot, 370* kilometres south of Kathrine and 720* kilometres south of Darwin accessed by both the Stuart Highway and the Buchanan Highway.
The productive land and soil types are characterised by black and grey clays and red sandy loams, the Property populated with Mitchell, Flinders and Spinifex Grasses, along with other native species and various seasonal herbs.
Significant capital investment in the property with water being supplied across the Property via 38 bores paired with pumps, steel tanks and concrete troughs, distributed throughout the Property via 216* kilometres of 63mm poly pipe.

The well-established Beef Breeding Enterprise is supported by Irrigated Stockfeed Production, with two centre pivots irrigating a total of 120* hectares, to cultivated fodder species including Reclaimer Rodes Grass and Sorghum.
The Property is equipped with a comprehensive network of water sources including bores, water tanks, turkey nests and dams in conjunction with a 1,650* Megalitre Ground Water Licence.
